O&P Labs Acquired by Ortho Dev America Corp.

Orthotics & Prosthetics Laboratories Inc. (O & P Labs) of Springfield, Northampton and Pittsfield, MA, is excited to announce that it has been acquired by Ortho Dev America Corp (ODA), a leader in orthotics and prosthetics, with over 70 patient care facilities in the United States. O & P Labs will now be able to benefit from ODA’s comprehensive resources and unparalleled growth opportunities, while continuing to provide state-of-the-art services and products that patients have come to expect from them.

The official acquisition took place on March 31, 2023, and has been in effect since then. James Haas, Director of Operations and former President notes that nothing has altered for O & P Labs after the acquisition by ODA. Haas states, “We now have tremendous resources to draw from, creating opportunities to grow as a company and to better serve our patients.” O & P Labs will continue to operate as normal with their same management team and excellent patient care model.

O & P Labs provides a full range of quality orthotic and prosthetic devices and services, specializing in custom made braces and prosthetic limbs. O&P Labs Sponsors National Conference trip in San Antonio for Two Patients

Tony Frogameni and Mike Quinones join their peers at National Amputee Coalition Conference

(Springfield, MA, 7/15/19) – Orthotics & Prosthetics Labs, Inc. will be sponsoring the travel of two of their patients, Tony Frogameni and Mike Quinones, to the National Amputee Coalition Conference this July 25-27th, 2019 in San Antonio, Texas.

The conference, which is put on by the Amputee Coalition, serves as a community gathering for hundreds of people suffering from limb loss, offering support groups, motivational classes, and hands-on clinics, as well as the opportunity for amputees to tell their stories. Doctors will also be on site showcasing the latest advancements in prosthetic technology.

The amputee coalition is a donor-supported 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to “reach out to and empower people affected by limb loss to achieve their full potential through education, support and advocacy, and to promote limb loss prevention.” Their main office is located in Manassas, VA, and they host multiple events and training opportunities.
